In all honesty, the facial world is completely overwhelming. When you click onto the booking system and see over 100 facials you are bound to not have a clue! On our booking system we have an option to book a 'consultation & facial' this then gives us the opportunity to discuss your skin needs and what exactly you want out of a facial, that way we can tailor a facial to best suit you at that time and the good thing is it can be straight after your consult with us!

Your therapist will guide you into our tranquil beauty room, where you will then be left for a few moments to relax into your surroundings and get comfy. We ask you to pop you top off, shoes off and any jewellery. You will then relax onto our heated and cosy beauty bed under a duvet and towel so you feel at home ready for your facial ahead. We will then head back into the room once your settled and start your facial experience. 

This answer varies. As depending on what your skin concerns / goals are this will be completely different for everyone. Some clients we will see, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. This will be discussed with you at the time of your booking.

Of course! Each treatment is completely adapted around your skins needs. 

This is something we have covered. We work on a 1-2-1 basis, having a small studio space we have made it as comfortable as can be for you and us. You will be the only person with your therapist in the building at one time so you have nothing to be nervous about! But I completely understand where you are coming from, as can be a super intimidating time but rest assured we thought about all the little details in our business.
